The Mansion House - St. Catharines, Ontario

Unimpressed! I submitted a request for a reservation online on Wednesday and still ended up having to call Thursday as no one got back to me. When we arrived on Friday for our 2:30pm reservation, the restaurant was locked and gated off. A staff member that was leaving told us ... they were not open and when the manger came out, he said that they did not open until 3:00pm. Been along time since I was in the mansion house,went to night for my sister's birthday,food was amazing,everyone's food was good service was great she was very friendly,not busy till around 1030pm,will definatly be back,I had a chicken parm sandwich with fries,you can upgrade if you don't want fries.

My family and I frequent often before ice dogs games! Wings are awesome. Staff is always friendly and they always recognize our returning patronage.. Very welcoming location, with a classy bar side vibe. The nightlife music is also upper echelon. Would recommend

been going to this bar for years. amazing and friendly staff. great music and food. 100s of people go here weekly and have a great time. don’t let any salty reviews confuse you!

April 21 cook called in sick that’s fine we were happy with just apps. Asked server to turn music down since we were the ONLY table and we could barely hear each other and she didn’t. Didn’t give us cutlery. Asked for napkins and she brought only 2 when there was THREE ... people. Didn’t check on us until we were 20 seconds from being finished because she was watching the tv. The food was disgusting but that wasn’t her fault. Just gross deep fried flavourless food. Worst service ever especially since we were the only patrons. I guess I know why. Read more
