Came at lunch on a monday, not busy at all. They have drive thru but i ordered inside. My Food was absolutely hot n fresh, rarely it happens when a fasy food place isnt busy. Toppings were fresh, you have to pick your toppings (see picture) with a variety of sauces. ... Fries and onion rings were crispy, and the meat especially was juicy. They have pepsi products here. I recommend the angus burger, its thick and juicy! Service was great, Cashier was very friendly and patient (as i am not familiar with their menu). Food came fast, the lady told me everything i have in the bag, and told me the napkins and ketchup are in the table behind me. They bagged my burgers and fries nicely in the bag. Clean establishment. Worst experience I have had at a fast food establishment. Ordered our meals and was told to wait for 10minutes , when we got home part of our order was missing. Called the restaurant and was told to come back and get the order. That is ... the worst case of customer service I have ever heard of. We didn’t make the mistake they did. Guess Harvey’s doesn’t care about customer service. This isn’t the first time either. We will not be going back to this location ever. Read more

Slow service. Last 2 times I ordered chicken wraps from the drive thru it takes forever. First time they made me park and wait in the lot, and no one came out after 10 minutes. I had to go inside and get my food. Incredible grilled chicken wraps tho!

So I went there the other day and got 2 orders of the deep fried pickles and asked for 2 “Garlic Dill Sauces” & as you can see one of them is darker than the other and it must be expired as I got food poisoning from it. Just want ... to make sure you guys check your sauces before The lady at the drive through window was also rude to me & my friend as we said we were doing an order and then wanted to make a separate order and she said “next time say that before when have 2 orders” in a rude tone. Came in for a quick lunch, service was a bit on the slower side. I’ve been coming to Harvey’s for many years; today I learned that if you don’t tell the cashier you want to pick your own toppings on ur burgers they automatically assumes it’s custom toppings…
