Tim Hortons - St. Catharines, Ontario

Ordered through the app, received 2 fruit quenches with dead fruit flies in both. They were in the lid, floating on the top of the drink and in the bottom of the cup. Called the store and the manager said we don't have fruit flies.

The worst Tim Hortons experience I had. Super rude service. I ordered custom bagel with crispy onions. They didn’t add it. I am BEYOND frustrated with this location. I get given surveys to do so I can get my iced coffee for a $1 this is the only location I EVER have issues where I have 3 or more staff members argue with me at the window. Any other location takes ... the survey paper no problem and I screenshot to show as additional proof. Today I’m at my wits end. I have a manager, supervisor, AND 2 staff arguing with me, cars honking, they even threatened to call the cops because I wouldn’t move until the issue was resolved. I showed proof of a code on my phone from a screenshot I always take just in case they give me issues. But the code that is apparently from may and not june and it “expired”. There is nothing on the website or paper that says it expires at anytime. I’ve got stacks of them and I always do the stupid survey for, so I can save over $2 a day on my coffee. Which I’ve never minded doing because there’s no rewards with points on the app. I will also be calling head office and hoping to get in touch with the owner of this location as I’ve NEVER had such a difficult time in my life than everytime I go to this location. Until the staff and managers are educated properly on customer service AND how the surveys work I 10000% do not recommend visiting this location. Rude, unfriendly, disrespectful managers and staff. I usually come here during break time and this is the final straw where I have to say something. Never had any real difficulties with orders here until today. It appeared to be a full East Indian staff workforce. I ordered a medium double-double and sea salt wedges. I get to the ... window to be given a large double-double and nothing else until the windows closed on me. I had to knock on the window to let them know this was not my order until a minute later I was given my proper return. Firstly, the man at the window told me it was an XL double-double he gave me when he only gave me a large (which is already a mistake) so clearly he has little idea of the cup size differential. I've no idea if I even paid for someone else's order with that large coffee. The sea salt wedges eventually came and I went on my way. Sometime later I swung by again in the evening on my way to school. All I ordered was a medium double-double. I get to the window to be greeted by the same guy offering me a large tea of some sort. What is going on. These people are lucky how unfortunately agreeable us Anglos still are. I held my tongue, nodded and left with my coffee they eventually had for me. I've never had this problem with any Tim Horton's ever while their were white Canadians working. If you're going to hire Indian immigrants, at least schedule them accordingly with whites to avoid such absurd incompetence.
