In my opinion it is extremely filthy! I would NEVER eat anything from this location (Hartzel Road ) however my husband will eat from any kind of dirty dive. I would not recommend ordering from here. Not only does my large family pick a place to order pizza. But when the company makes the wrong pizza. Did you know it's the customers fault for not checking the pizza before they leave the store because you chose to pick ... it up. I called to complain and was told because I picked up my order in store, that it was my responsibility to double check they made my order correctly before I left. Nothing like training your staff to follow direction and make the right pizza for the customers in the first place. I ordered 4 pizzas tonight and the only one they screwed up was suppose to be their Caroline pizza which has bacon pineapple sweet chili sauce and hot peppers. What I actually got was tomato, onion, and cheese. No sauce and nothing that actually comes on the "specialty pizza" i ordered. Would not send anyone to deal with this store. Came in after seeing the special that is posted out (2 pep slices + pop for $4.25), they upcharged it to $5 and the pizza tasted like it had been sitting there from the day before, extremely stale and tough, nearly inedible. Cardboard pizza (if you want to call it that) Creamy garlic is sweet and not garlic Garlic bread was mush, and there wasn't any cheese. There used to be so much on it. Ordered a "lb" of wings and maybe received 7. I used to get 15. The atmosphere is horrible, i think people go here just for the deals! Honestly, pizzas were ok, but service and atmosphere is hell! During the waiting time for my pickup, one girl and guy who making pizza were just talking each other and laughing on a customer which i felt super irritating!
