Jack Astor’s Bar & Grill - St. Catharines, Ontario

We came to visit family in St Cats, decided Jack Astor for lunch. Got seated asap, love it! Our server, Mitch, was excellent, attentive and patient. Food was great in general and presentation was visually appealing. However the Thai curry bowl and the street chicken taco was average but the ... rest was amazing. It was just a relaxing atmosphere, enjoyed our lunch, able to get service when needed, unlike some Jack Astors in Toronto. Will go again when we next come down to visit the fam. Read more

First time dining here and our experience was amazing! There was no wait for a table, barely any wait for the food to come out after we ordered and all of the staff was so sweet. The food is absolutely delicious! Our waitress was very nice, came by more then a few times to check on us and was very accommodating for our walk in group of 8! Our waitress (her name started with an M and she wore glasses) was amazing. Food was amazing. My kid has food adversions so I try to get her to eat what she likes but she wanted to try the wings. This place is always consistent with good food. Never a bad meal. The food was amazing. I had the buffalo chicken sandwich. Crispy on the outside and juicy in the middle. Like seriously the best chicken sandwich I have had. Just a great experience tonight .
