Saigon Cuisine - St. Albert, Alberta

I ordered a pork vermicelli bowl via skip the dishes and it was delicious. The spring rolls were crispy and full of flavour and the deep fried pork balls were a nice addition. I would definitely order from here again, or stop by if we’re in St Albert.

Service was very good. Beef and meatball pho was lacking it had 2 very small thinly sliced pieces of beef and 3 meatballs. Definitely not the quality bowl of soup it used to be.

Great experience, as ever! The staff is quick and knowledgeable about the gluten free diet. I had number 33, Lemongrass Chicken with bell peppers and onion on vermicelli. So good. Excellent pho and excellent price. The atmosphere is fantastic and the servers are friendly and attentive. Order in for pick up and SkipTheDishes friendly as well.

Spring rolls were amazing. Tightly wrapped and nice portion of pork. Flavored perfectly. I also had the special noodle soup. It was delicious and the broth was tasty! Service was fast and friendly. It's a small room but clean and inviting.
