They wouldn't mix the mixins with the ice cream slab because some equipment wasnt ready. Why open the store if you are not ready? We pay full price, why do you give half the experience?

Great service, friendly and very pleasant. The young lady answered all of our questions about the ice cream cakes and confirmed that they would be safe for someone with a peanut allergy if ordered in advance. I would recommend this location. Thank you for the service and wonderful ice cream!

Worst service ever. 3 people ahead in line. While serving 3rd person ahead a skip the dishes driver showed up and we had to wait while the order was prepared. Then while getting the skip the dishes order ready another driver showed up for skip the dishes and we were ... bumped again. I advised we had been standing in line for 20 minutes but we had to wait. At this point we left because a third skip the dishes driver arrived. Nothing more frustrating than standing in line for 20 minutes with 3 kids only to have the delivery drivers show up and having to watch those orders get made first repeatedly. If you want to enjoy marble slab Ice cream it is definitely worth the drive to Edmonton... Do not waste your time at the St Albert location. Read more

It's a shame this place is a low rating because the ice-cream is decent but the service at this place is horrid! If there are more than 4 customers, the staff has no idea what to do. The last time i was there, we were the third person in line, ... we waited over 20 Minutes for service, there were two staff in the back that saw the line up behind us and hid in back and when it was our turn to order, they took my fiancée's order and skipped me over to the next group! Trying to get someone's attention to get my ice-cream didn't work and the only time I was given the time of day was when they wanted my money. When I said it would be nice to be able to get my order placed the girl just looked at me like a deer stuck in headlights. I paid for my fiancée's cone and left. I will never go back here as it was the third time such an issue had happened. Terrible service and by the time we got out, we had spent 40 plus minutes for something that realistically shouldn't have taken more than 15 minutes with the amount of staff they had on hand.
