Everything was fantastic. Great food, served hot and fresh, and served fast even though they were clearly quite busy. This restaurant is very well done. Thank you!

We’ve been coming to this Swiss Chalet location for many years and I’ve never been disappointed with the quality of food or hospitality. Our only criticism maybe that during the peak hours the atmosphere suffers because of the noise and bustle of people moving in and out. For the best ... experience try outside of peak hours. My hubby and I were in the city and as we don't have Swiss chalet in our province. The food is amazing. The rolls are freshly made and the chicken and sauce is delicious. We'll definitely come back.

Great value and even fellow customers were fantastic. A gentleman gave us a coupon. My husband didn't really like his burger so probably best to stick to their chicken. I'll be back for chicken pot pie

Will never be back. Was ignored when walked in. Not even a we will be with you in a moment. After 5 min someone comes up and just stares at us and says what. I said for the 2 of us please. Not a word just grabs me yes and ... we follow. We order. My kids Shirley temple is just soda water and grenadine. No OJ no cherry as photoed. No dipping sauce for mac and cheese balls. The salad that is pictured with the festive meals looks lovely. Mixed green salad. Came with cheap bagged salad and 2 dressing options. Waitress never came back for refills or to see how it was. Ordered kids desert and almost all the options not available. So much for a special date night with my toddler. Staff rude and make no attempt to be friendly. Read more
