I have ordered the Vegetarian Pizza with Vegan cheese many times from Capilano Boston Pizza and it is always great. Last night I ordered it from this restsurant and it was disgusting. Absolutely terrible service, currently sitting at a table of 18 people, half our table is being waited on, and the other half (side I'm on) was asked what we wanted for a drink when we sat down, but have not been checked on for a food order or a refill ... and have been sitting here for over an hour now. Absolutely terrible service, would never recommend visiting this restaurant. Stay far away, go to other restaurants that actually serve their customers. Read more

Best pizza ever. Good quality food. The classic nachos and Mediterranean pizza were delicious.

The restaurant was cold, the server was inexperienced. The order was terribly screwed up, wrong food was brought. Had to remind server to bring kids chocolate milk. And my food the meat server was worst then chewing leather. Wasn’t offered refill on our drinks. Was offered a gift coupon ... to use on next visit within 2 month. Have no intentions of ever entering this location again. Second time in the past year. No three strikes your out, in this case two strikes your out. Read more

Where do I begin I have been to BP’s numerous times and each progressive time it gets worse and worse Even when the meals were complimentary they were hardly par Flavor is next to nothing and the service OMG is atrocious at this location We ordered 3 simple dishes a bugs and cheese a ... thai bite appetizer and a VANILLA ICE CREAM WITH CHOCOLATE SAUCE! That last one took three tries to get it right and bring it out, that’s unbelievable and over 6 minutes to get the first wrong one brought out to us! The only redeeming quality is the food was warm when we got it! The manager on duty had no clue and no answers to one simple q. I asked three times before I finally gave up (why does that client have a fish bowl of water?) I discovered later by reading the menu it’s fishbowl fridays but that manager couldn’t answer he just stood there for four minutes literally four minutes and did nothing The waitress tried to tell me I had to spend a minimum of 16.99 for my son to eat free when it advertises on a massive sign out front kids eat free!! Then the manager came right behind her and said no he eats free this month!
