Second Cup - Spruce Grove, Alberta

I LOVE Second Cup. Love them. But every time I try to go to the Spruce Grove location they are closed. The Website says open until 10. I got there 2 min ago and they are closed. If you are going to close at 7 then it should be changed ... on the website. Alot of people use Google to search for stores times. A little bit cold here...lol Their AC was blasting and I needed to grab my extra fleece jacket to put on lol Otherwise, nice staff, good old second cup coffee:)

The good Mens bathroom has a baby change station. Kudos to them for providing that. The bad The lady was unfriendly, and made bad drinks. My mocha frappé think was not well blended, and tasted watery and icy. The presentation was terrible. When asked to remake, she refused. My wife ordered a small ... Italian soda. They were out of small cups so made us pay for a medium. Wouldn't make a small one in a medium cup. The ugly. The pleather chairs are all cracked, and told. The broken pieces of vinyl were very uncomfortable to sit on. Read more

Awesome coffee shop - good coffee, great atmosphere, clean sitting areas. I’m a huge Starbucks person - I just really love their iced lattes. As long as I buy something here (like a drink for my daughter or a treat, I’m welcome to bring my Starbucks in and relax in the ... welcoming environment. That says a LOT about how customers are important to the owner. Thank you for welcoming me along with my family even though I buy my own personal coffee elsewhere. If you want a more relaxed cafe experience, then choose this Second Cup, over the "always busier" Starbucks located 100 feet away. I hate having to wait for a seat to enjoy my beverage. No problem finding a seat at Second Cup, and the coffee was excellent.
