Dairy Queen - Sherwood Park, Alberta

I have been going to this location for years. Service has been good until this last visit. Tables were dirty and no one was wiping them down. Was attended to by Nicolas, shift lead according to his tag. Ordered two Blizzards. Small Turtles, and a large Brownie. I have ordered the brownie ... blizzard three previous time in the last couple of months. This one looked nothing like the others. The ice cream is usually chocolate colored, and there are brownie chunks. This looked like an Oreo blizzard. White ice cream with small black flecks. Brought it back to Nicolas and asked if I got the wrong order. He asked why I thought I had the wrong order. I told him the ice cream is white. He said ”we don't have chocolate ice cream. I explained that I had ordered this the there previous times in the past couple months, and this looked nothing liked the others. I showed him that I there were no brownie chunks. He responded in a rude and accusing manner, saying that he has been there for a couple months an has never seen me before. I got visibly annoyed and then he offered to remake it. It told him to refund my money. Pointed out to my wife the the ad in the window showed the brownie blizzard with brown ice cream with large Brownie chunks. She went and talked to someone else, and showed them the sign. I will be giving this location a long break. If I we decide to return see Nicolas there, we will not stay. Read more

Workers always have a smile on their face and are very welcoming! The food is by far the best out of all the DQs I have gone to over the last couple years, food is always hot and delicious. :)

The food here is really inconsistent... I order wraps for lunch and sometimes they're fine... But other times there's almost nothing on them... It's really disappointing. I'm definitely not getting the amount of food I should be for the price. Like you can't look at the picture and tell me ... that's okay... Come on. Read more

I came through on Saturday, and although it was very busy the girl in the drive thru named Maya made my day by offering me a pup cup for my dog which I've never been offered before. Overall great experience but I wish the prices weren't so high.

We normally have a great experience here, but tonight? 15.99 for this empty basket? Husband didn’t get he asked for, and got a hair in his food. Not to mention they missed a drink. Absolutely disgusting
