The Canadian Brewhouse – Sherwood Park - Sherwood Park, Alberta

My family went for dinner tonight and received some pretty terrible and embarrassing service. We ordered a delux pizza which comes with fresh tomatoes on it, I simply requested that they be cooked along with the other ingredients, which I was then told that she would see if the kitchen ... had time ? What lol? Anyways as bizarre as that was, I just told her to let me know if they are the big slices of tomato because I don't like that on my pizza, I like them diced. I was told that they were already diced but that she had to see if they can add them to my pizza before putting in the oven because the kitchen might be too busy but they would let her know if they can't do it. She never came back so I assumed my request was simple and reasonable. My pizza came not only not diced but with the huge slices of tomato on them that I said I did not want, at least they were cooked tho. What an unusual experience, never went anywhere where a simple request like that was so difficult to accommodate? You're literally putting on all the toppings while making it, very confusing. She offered to take it back and have it remade, weird that they are too busy to put tomatoes on a pizza before the oven instead of after, but not too busy to remake the whole meal.. afterwards we barely saw our server and had a long wait for the bill. Went here for mother's Day with my mom and two other mothers and was pleasantly surprised when our bill came to $0. We all ordered breakfast which is what we went for and ironically all had water or hot water and lemon as we were coffeed out from previous activities. ... The waitress was so amazing. Great service. Although it was busy and took longer for the food. We were grateful for the service and tipped the waitress Graciously. Definitely recommend Canadian Brewhouse go here all the time. Shrinkflation?? The large pizzas are the size of a medium at best and $30 bucks each. 2 larges weren’t enough for 4 kids and 2 adults. We have had pizza at other locations and they were never this small. The pizza was very thing with little toppings for being “loaded. Honestly, I ... could get better from the grocery store. First time a table of 6 on the patio, service by the front of the house was exceptional fast and friendly. The food preperation by the back of house was great quality and pride! A great job folks!
