Placed an order online, picked it up. Was missing a couple items. When I called to inquire I was greeted by a very pleasant and friendly manager. She told me to come pick up when I could. Like my Harvey's fix when I come to the city however this time 3:00 pm fries and rings served had been sitting under the heat lamp way to long. Would have sent them back but on a time limit. Never ate a this place. Ordered $10 Burger. Immediately regret coming here. Double patties cheapest Patties with cheap texture. Threw it out went to another place . You won't be able to tell if it's beef or synthetic meat. who knows what it is. Definitely did not taste ... like beef. Gross. Not sure what I ate. For all I know could have been dogs or cats. I love flame broiled burgers and Harvey’s has them. My wife and I enjoyed our burgers and the fact that you can put on whatever condiments you want. The Angus Burger 🍔 was great. We also ordered the poutine and it was good. We dined in and the ... ambiance was nice. The restaurant is part of Swiss Chalet so the washrooms are on the Swiss Chalet side. We enjoyed the food and will return at another time. As a side note Harvey’s also serves alcohol. Read more
