I visited this place at 4.30pm on 30th June and the lady in black glasses who was working here, she took my order and when I asked her about the skewers, she said it is 5.99 each do you want that, that question was very inappropriate and I felt very ... offended with that. Hi, Yesterday, on Saturday, June 22nd, around 4:45 PM, I visited your restaurant and ordered a shawarma plate, which allowed me to choose two salad options. Initially, I was a bit confused about my choices, and I changed my second option just before the server was about to put it on ... my plate. When I made the change, the server seemed visibly upset. Although she appeared unhappy from the beginning, her demeanor became noticeably more intense. Feeling uncomfortable, I asked her about the issue, but she did not provide a clear response. Instead, she accused me of showing her a middle finger, which is absolutely untrue. I have never shown anyone a middle finger in my life. This incident was incredibly distressing, and I am deeply concerned about how I was treated. I request that you look into this matter as such behaviour can be harmful to innocent customers. We tasted their Chicken, Falafel, Beef Rokboxes at the STC location during the national shawarma day. My fav was the Chicken flavor which was tender and flavourful. Falafel was crispy, well-seasoned! We got their Chicken, Falafel, Beef Rokboxes. Chicken was tender, juicy, Beef was crisped up nicely, flavourful and, Falafel was crispy, well-seasoned! All the Protein were served on a bed of Rice, topped with Pickles, Pickled Radish, and their signature Garlic Sauce, gosh it was amazing!
