The service was very poor there was aa hair in my butter chicken poutine and i rase aa complaint and they are reacting like thats not there fault and they are saying they didn’t seen that and the staf was very rude . Never gona go back to the store ... in stc . New york fries should take care off about there staf because they dont know hot to talk to person. Read more

This is my 1nd time here with in 40 days. Not that much of line up. The cashier was a great on so so the lady was preparing the food. I had only Poutine with extra Gravy. Paid $1.50 for the gravy but ... don’t look like I had the worth of money for that extra gravy. This may be a small issue but the management should teach them hat is extra gravy means. Best part I liked is they had the pop served with the fully 100% paper made cup. Great for the environment. All the stuff I got from them is 100% paper made. Even the spoon. NO PLASTIC. I love this. I love the bacon hotdog and poutine here. I love that the potatoes are fresh. I would like to give thanks to Andrea for helping me choose what meal should I order. She’s very nice and approachable. Will definitely comeback!

The fries were okay it wasn’t that crispy . But the portions were very good . The toppings were good . I wish they would have fried it more for more flavour . The olives tasted fresh.

Absolutely in love with their Fries.I feel I have found an alternate to the Mc D Fries and they are soft not actually crisper, but so like them to be soft. Regular portion would be good for 2 people. Good packaging as well. Recommended to buy.
