Lunch time take out experience has been positive lately. Usually order a 2-piece combo of spicy chicken, fries (crispy!), honey biscuit (the hype is real) and a drink. They gave an extra leg as part of a "promo" of spending more than $10. Everything was cooked well and well-seasoned. No ... complaints about the service. I waited for the cashier to acknowledge I was standing there... Placed my order... Then waited for my order, and was disappointed with the small portion size! Small tenders! I am Completely put off by this restaurant charging an outrageous amount for a single dipping sauce at $1.00!! ... Each! A single container does not even last for three tenders! Jalapeño cheese poppers are the best!! They were freshly out of the fryer - didn’t taste too oily. Love the flavour and the perfect amount of cheesiness!! Will be back for more for sure.

Bought 4 pc chicken combo for dinner. Guess what I got ! Over fried, half burned and dried out old chicken. Totally wasted our dinner. Used to be a regular customer. My advise to everyone pls check what you got before take out your order.

Harleen took our order and packed the food. She seriously looks like she hates her job. I have no idea how long the food was sitting under the warmers. The fries were rock solid and stuck all together in a block. She was jabbing the fries with the scooper so ... they would break apart… she took the last piece of chicken under the warmer, inspected it, and she looked like she was debating on not putting it in the box. But she did anyways. The person who ordered right in front of us angrily left because she took too long to give him his fries. She threw our bag of food on the counter and ripped the bag.
