March 5, 2017 update - Closed until April 2017 for renovations. Decent dim sum and dinner. Dim sum reasonably priced although like many restaurants charge for tea and tablecloth. The food quality and value for what you get is quite high. I really enjoy having dim sum in this location. this place is always packed!

Dimsum is cheap but the quality is just ok. It can get fairly busy. The food during dinner is just meh. Service is so-so.

This is one of my regular dim sum places due to price. In terms of quality and variety, there are better ones, but certainly not at this price.

My usual place for dim sum on weekend. Regular dishes $2.48, larger dish 2.99 or $3.99. It is full of customer after 10 am typically when I first visit in 2013 (now is 2014). It is place-to-order, not push cart service. From other review, this restaurant was bought over and has a ... different name previously in 2012. Its new Chinese name is 國惠海鮮酒樓, English LHL Seafood Restaurant. The service for breakfast/lunch dim sum is good. They have paid member card (~$30) that gives free tea and 10% discount, so 4 regular dish comes ~ $12, which is more than enough to keep me full until dinner. I don't order fried dishes, so I can't comment. I typically eat Siu Mai, Har Gow, BBQ pao. Har Gow and Siu Mai are very good, and decent size. BBQ pao is average, but that is the only steam pao, beside Shaghai siao long pao. Compare to 24 hr Perfect Chinese Restaurant (雅琼海鲜酒家) in next 1-2 block, its quality and taste is better, but that was selling $1.80 - $2/dish. I still come to this restaurant because of better taste.
