Located inside SHN hospital.. have a variety of bowls sandwiches paninis and soups … easy to grab something on the go ..!! Very friendly staffs ..!! Clean and neatly maintained.
Crazy expensive prices, small portions Tiny wrap for $10
After having Tim Hortons for lunch for an entire week, I decided to give La Prep a try. It definitely feels like a big splurge in comparison to Timmies prices but it's a franchise and I would imagine it's the same prices across the city.
