The ladies group at our church planned a luncheon for twenty people. It was decided that we would order Swiss Chalet Chicken. I went to this location and spoke to Wendy. She assured me that a large order would not be a problem. When the day ... arrived for the luncheon, I went to pick up the meal. Wendy and her staff went above and beyond in the preparation of this take out order. The way that it was packaged and labeled made it very easy to serve our members. Great for all generations. Kids love the treasure box at end of meal to select toy. Super clean location.. and trust me, I've been to questionable locations in past (Uxbridge.. approx. 6 years ago.. yuk!). This location is in excellent condition and you feel valued as a ... customer. Kids and the grandparents (and we too) look forward to being here. Mac n cheese balls for kids is A+, son loves it. I usually don’t eat Western food when I travel to Toronto but my friends took me to try this place. We had honey garlic wings, the sauce was great— not too sweet. I love them so much! Yes the chickens size shrank in the last year, but increased the portions of fries. I dined in the Harveys side and still a great dine in experience. Chicken - 4/5 small, but still tatse great. I seldom order the white meat since it is dry ... even when fresh. We can accept the reduction in size or be prepared for a big price hike. Poutine 5/5 fresh batch of fries, but this location it is always top notch. Service- 5/5 tall Asian man with glasses always answers my many questions with a smile, even during the rush with a lineup.
