Bread is great when it’s cooked through, although I’ve purchased loaves on multiple occasions that were undercooked. Very doughy and spongy, so a bit inconsistent.
This place really deserves higher review ratings! So fortunate to live by and discover this bakery. The sourdough bread is unmatched and so fresh. Crispy on the outside and so soft inside.
My wife 'discovered' this place a few years ago, and we've been regulars ever since. Good quality breads, wonderful brioche, and croissants that are worthy of the name. The price is a bit high, but quality has a cost.
It was a 40 minute round trip drive to this bakery but it was really worth it. Bought the Krackerkorn sourdough and multigrain sourdough tasted great and perfect texture. Service was courteous and friendly and I will definitely return. Update. Bought the baguette - beautiful crust and delicious.
