I haven’t had to wait so long for food so mediocre in a while. While the food itself isn’t anything special, the time for the food is longer than the standard average of 15-20 minutes. We waited 45 minutes to an hour. On top of that our waitress, while very ... kind, did not speak English, so service was not as great as it could have been. Came here around 1a.m on a Saturday night, and the service was still fairly quick. Our server Manveer had a great attitude and was very helpful. I ordered the most popular Mike Tyson burger and it comes with a side of fries/wedges. For the price, the food was very filling ... and would definitely recommend stopping by whether you’re out late or just to drop by for some dinner! Read more

Tucked away in a hidden plaza on steeles, its a bit tight to get in, but there's more than enough parking. The staff are very friendly and polite. The place itself is clean and well maintained. The food is pretty bad. I tried the Scarface burgers and the chicken shawarma ... poutine. The burger was okay, quite small, the meat could be seasoned better but the beef tasted like good quality, the cheese was good, not much onions or lettuce inside. The poutine was terrible, the hot sauce they use is just unappetizing and the worst part is the shawarma meat, tastes like boiled chicken breast with seasoning. I finished the burgers, but I couldn't finish the poutine, especially the meat in it. All the food tasted like something I can make at home, which does mean they're probably using fresh high quality ingredients, but doesn't have that special taste of eating out. Read more

Heads-up, in reviews you read about daily specials but they actually dont have it during the Ramadan season. We ordered chicken shawarma poutine, mango milkshake and mighty chicken zinger burger. The burger: soft fluffy bun, brioche perhaps?, with juicy crispy chicken. The potato wedges it came with were nicely seasoned and crispy. The ... poutine: i will say, very generous serving of cubed chicken meat. However, i dont know if its partly due to the overpowering hot sauce making it so sour in certain mouthfuls or not, but it just tasted like tandoori chicken to us. However, the server assured us that it was indeed the chicken shawarma poutine... Also there was some mouthfuls that was just so salty. Thankfully, the milkshake helped offset it. The gooey cheese curds were great. Still more likely to try something else next time. Maybe the jerk chicken poutine. The shake: nice and thick. A big topping of whipped cream. Taste reminded me of mango lassi. The service: service was a little slow, it sounded like kitchen was very busy (i think with takeout deliveries) but front of house staff was essentially non-existent. The sever had to be flagged down to take our order. Food was hot and fresh but again, couldnt find server when wanted to pay bill. Had to go to front desk and ask to pay bill so we could leave. Came here after years. Size of the sitting area cut into half compared to its early days. Then it was more like D-spot with gourmet burger, sandwich, etc. Now not as much like that. It does have its appeal. Food was good, server was nice and friendly. I ... missed the old setting and atmosphere. Will come again Read more
