Shoeless Joe’s - Scarborough, Ontario

We've visited and ordered from them a few times. I think the menu changes now and then, because I haven't had the pasta that I once loved in a while. Still, I have no problem finding something to order. The food is usually well done and well presented. Errors are ... rare. When we did have an error with one order, the management verified and fixed it immediately. They prepared another order, didn't charge for either meal, and gave me a gift certificate. One point that may or may not matter to you: they emphasize professionalism, but don't pay as much attention to friendliness. That's the reason this is 4/5 instead of 5. Been here a few times, usually very few tables in use. Value for money and quality overall isn't the greatest. Fries were however very tasty. Service is decent. Covid protocols seem/appear weak compared to other restaurants. Reports of many. cobwebs in the womens washrooms.

Food is good but the portion and prices is not good. I order a tomahawk it said 16oz but its look like 8oz and its full of fat too, the prized is $26.

The menu was awesome! We liked the variety of dishes and pricing. We ordered the duck wings and honey garlic wings. And we love the flat screens right at the table. They also had patio seating, which seems fun. But apparently we must've come too early. There wasn't a ... greeter at the door,and even though it was quite empty(start of lunch around noon), we waited a significant amount of time to even order drinks. Then even longer to order our food. We tried to flag down(get attention of) a seemingly invisible waitress a few times. The food was ...ok at best. For the price and the descriptions of the food, I expected way more flavor. Mothers Day and everywhere we went there was an hour wait... so we came here. No wait here... average food average service - DO NOT order the spinach dip... there is almost NO dip in ot... burger and the penne was good.
