Burger King - Saskatoon, Saskatchewan

I've literally been in the drivethru line for 15 minutes for a coffee. If it was the only thing around, maybe I'd shrug it off, but I've been able to watch 2-3 times as many cars go through the Starbucks and McDonald's as I'm stuck in the BK drivethru... I ... even saw someone walk to a Tim Hortons a block away and return with coffee and bagle in hand since I've been here... Not a great look. Read more

Boyfriend and I went for coffee and pick up breakfast. After a 15 minute wait they didn't get our order right. We even had to clarify our order several times because the girl in drive thru couldn't get it straight. Everything was still wrong down to ... the coffee. Disappointed. Read more

Well, usually this bk has been my go to. All I ever order is the crispy chicken.. And last several times, it's been loaded up with about 5x too much mayo, and very little lettuce;and the lettuce that is there, isn't great. Nearly have to completely disassemble and ... remove the excess mayo every time.. So very disappointing.. Please be more diligent with teaching the staff who make the burgers... Pleassseeee... Food is always hot and accurate. It's in a bad location. Always homeless in there but today it was cold so I can't blame them for trying to be warm. Stolen clothing in the bathroom. Tags still on. The tables looked clean but they obviously miss some spots. Makes me ... nervous about putting ice in my drink. How often is that cleaned if you can spot the places they don't clean. Worst Burger King in the city. Screwed up my order (the girl didn't understand what I wanted (2 original chicken sandwiches, 2 reg fries nothing special) sold me something totally different), then instead of quickly making it right told us that on top of the 15+ minutes we had already ... waited, it would be another 15-20 minute wait.
