I have been going here for almost 10 years. I would say I am fairly regular. Always loved the food and the service. Such a wonderful family. Today i brought my parents who are from out of town. There was new servers, the one with the beard served us. I ... have to say i was extremely disappointed, I have always ordered not on the menu. I always ask if I can have eggplant parmesan and they have always said its takes a little more time but no problem. Today not the case - I was given Veal Parmesan instead - ( I dont eat meat) When I asked about the mistake the man with the beard got very defensive and rude blaming it on me. Yelling at me no we dont do eggplant! parmisana means veal and then made a face. no sorry, can i offer you something else. Guess I will not eat dinner tonight. Nothing. Also took forever to get the water and the bread. He also seemed annoyed when i asked for ravioli with a plain tomato sauce for my 8 year old son. And we had to clear our own appetizer plates, when they brought the dinners. I could understand maybe if it was busy but there was 1 other table there. Very disappointed and embarrassed to bring my parents there. I really use to love this place and maybe if the owners were physically there I would go back. But as of now I wont be back. Very sad. Definitely will not go back. I would rather stay home and cook my own fish. Fish was very dry served with pasta. Service was slow.

3 drinks took half an hour.ceasar salad was dry with pieces of anchovies and lots of caper pieces. Linguine with white clams sauce.6baby clams and tomatoes with no sauce. 2 other pasta dishes with cream sauce were both dry and shrimps were way over cooked. White fish a la carte ... $35 way too dry. Sent back a creme brulee and was scrambled eggs on bottom and sugar crumble on top.my standards are high because I work in a 5 star restaurant but it's hard to think that they are still in business.
