The staff is silent and not exactly customer-orientated in person. Fairly nice on the phone, however! I usually order online and my order is always ready when I arrive. Poor Service and customer service. Placed an order on-line. And when it was time to pick up the order they called me up to tell me that the sushi roll machine was broken. I showed up at the restaurant and they lady(owner or manager) told me the ... same thing and NO REFUND will be given because the order was made on-line. August order #39xx. Utterly disgusted at the customer service, or should I say entirely a lack thereof. We ordered a platter of 100 sushi pieces that was supposed to be delivered within the hour. When we called to OFFER to come pick up the order instead of having it delivered, they said they can’t ... change the order status for some reason. So we had to continually wait for the order for > 2 hours with the most rude and disrespectful employee on the other side. What was supposed to be a simple 100$+ order, turned into a 2+ hour wait and a horrible exchange with the restaurant. We will never order from here again. Read more
I must change my review. The food is still pretty good, but the service, ....just no service. Got there were 3 person working in the front. After saying hi, one just asks me if I have an order, for what I say yes I do. She never care to ask ... my name. After 5 mins, one of the other employees ask hers if she’s preparing my order, and the first girl just says that she’s busy. So finally the second girl asks my name and gives me my order.
