Noire Et Blanche Microbrasserie - Saint-Eustache, Quebec

I recently visited Noire et Blanche and had an overall enjoyable experience. The ambience is lovely, particularly if you get a seat on the terrasse right by the river. It provides a serene and picturesque setting that greatly enhances the dining experience. One of the highlights for me was their beer ... selection. The variety and quality of the beers they offer are truly delicious and cater to a wide range of tastes. As for the meal, it was good, although I did encounter a couple of issues with my burger. It was a bit overcooked for my liking, and the bun was cold and un-toasted, which detracted from the overall flavor and texture. However, these were minor inconveniences in an otherwise pleasant dining experience. In summary, Noire et Blanche is a great spot for those looking to enjoy a nice atmosphere and a fantastic beer selection. Great location with the terrace at the back and free parking next door. Food is creative/good pub type fare like the other reviews say. Craft beer selection is quite good, especially for the area. If I lived here this would be a spot I'd frequent.

I am in St. Eustache for work and have been for the last 3 months and come here once a week! The food and drinks are incredible but the best part is the staff!!!!!! Was mesmerised by the unique taste and flavour of the food. Everything melted in mouth. Every munch was satisfying both the tummy and heart. Made my special day.

Had an enjoyable early afternoon meal with friends before checking out the St-Eustache Christmas Market. Will certainly return. Treated myself to their pret-a-porte smoked duck on the way out. Blew me away tonight!!!! The skin made awesome cracklings👅
