Upon delivery, the driver shamed us for the tip or lack there of due to "a known website bug" that we had no idea about. Then it turns out one of the pizzas was wrong. Called back to let them know they didn't offer a refund. Told us we could ... come and get a replacement at 9:00pm at night three hours after the initial order. If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered delivery, 2 large pizzas. When they brought them one order was completely wrong and one had ingredients not listed. When I called asking for a replacement of the completely wrong pizza, I was told I could wait until 9pm for a ... new delivery or I could come pick up a replacement pizza. They couldn’t give me a refund on the wrong pizza and if I didn’t want the 9pm pizza or to come pick up a pizza there was nothing they could do. This used to be my favourite place to order pizza; they have excellent deals and the food was always great. The last 3 times we ordered the pizza took 2 hours. Tonight we decided to give them another chance, after calling after an hour and being assured the pizza was ... on its way and would be hot we figured they were just busy. A half an hour later they called back and confessed our order had been missed but they could still fill the order and give us a discount. We declined and ordered Dominos who delivered within a half hour. By then we were so hungry anything would do. This location has serious staffing issues; it’s too bad. Ordered delivery and it tasted great. Large classic Italian came to approximately 25$. Toppings were fresh and generous, crust was delicious and sauce nice and tangy. Would definitely order here again when looking for an American style pizza at a good price.
