Had a really good experience ordering a Koobideh sandwich from here today. Young guy at the front gave really good customer service. Flavor of the beef was good and all the ingredients were fresh. I liked the fact that they put the green olives in the actual sandwich! Also really appreciate ... them wrapping the bottom of the sandwich with aluminum foil, so the sauce doesn’t get all over. The food was excellent. The service was great. Patron area ckean. Overall a very nice place. Not for dining in, but you can if you want. I totally enjoyed the meal. One of the best places for kebabs in Richmond Hill. Will definitely be back. Thanks for a great meal.

Was there just an hour & half ago, first time trying Persian food. The lady at the counter was sooo nice and informative. We went with number 1 on the menu as she recommended. The food is delicious, the beef is tender and the spices used truly make the meat. Also you ... get so much food for the price!
