During ... my initial visits, the koobideh and chicken leg were juicy and bursting with flavour, making each meal a pleasant experience. However, on recent visits, I've noticed a significant decline in the food's quality. The koobideh and chicken leg have become disappointingly dry and less appetizing, which was quite disheartening considering how enjoyable they used to be. Moreover, the Caesar salad, once crisp and refreshing, now arrives limp and soggy. This consistent decline in food quality has been coupled with disappointing service at the takeout counter. The staff there has been consistently rude and unhelpful, giving off an impression that they are disinterested in their work. It's as if they would rather not be there, which further detracts from the dining experience. In conclusion, while I initially enjoyed my meals at Shishlix, the recent decline in both food quality and service has left me disappointed. Love the food here! The meat is so tender and quality is really good. Worth the price. But I was very disappointed with the service. We went to celebrate a family event and our server didn’t smile once. It felt like she was looking down on us the entire time. ... The owner is great and very helpful but he needs better staff. Food quality was great ! We ordered Kabab Torsh, Zereshk polo ba Morgh and Richmond Kabab. All was great, but Tahdig was too cold. Hospitality, on the other hand, was not good as expected. Waiter and waitresses are like robots, they are not warm and friendly. Just repeating what they are asked ... to say. We also ordered pops, and the waiter brought 2 glasses for us. The glasses were like dirty. Also, everytime we stop by at this place, there is a line up for seats, which makes me uncomfortable. Imagine you're trying to have some quality time with family in restaurant and a line up of fedup hungry people counting your spoons and wishing you choke in the middle to grab your seats. Just my two cents to the management: either don't be greedy and mark the restaurant as "maximum capacity" when there are no more seats, OR try to expand your restaurant to allocate more room for your customers.
