They had the worst attitude and service. My friend left them a polite three-star (not even a one star!) review about the loud music and the staff lost their temper over it. The woman and Roozbeh ,the owner, became super aggressive and angry, shouting and cussing at her. She was ... even about to throw a menu at her face, which made others to intervene. We had the worst dining experience here. Very slow service, rude and unprofessional staff with no customer service skills. There was live music that was too loud with low speaker quality. We asked if they could turn down the music and the singer told us if we don’t like it ... we should leave and not come back. After my friend left a review speaking to this behaviour, the manager became very agitated and confrontational. She started yelling profanity at my friends and started shoving them out of the store. She continued to scream profanity as we left the store. They charged us an undisclosed amount of service fee despite treating us so poorly. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Read more

Overall, a very pleasant dining experience on a weekend night after a ski trip. Ordered the cheeseburger and shared the salami fries dish. The burger was moist and delicious, with lots of toppings and it did not drip excessively nor did it make a huge mess. The flavours resembled that of a ... middle eastern flair with Americanized burger flavors. The salami fries certainly tastes fantastic, although there seemed to be a lack of salami, though the other toppings were very delicious. The atmosphere is like a new york club, except everybody there is Persian and the music is Persian (I think) which is exactly what you should expect based on their restaurant name. They charged us for a water bottle which was Kirkland (Costco) and that was my main complaint. At a restaurant I'd expect free water at least... but oh well, I was not in the mood to argue over 2 bucks. Overall, I highly recommend eating here for their nice flavors, either bring your own water or order a drink on their drink menu. We tried the "Rose Burger," "Beef Sausage," and "Rose Fries." The Burger was pretty disappointing as it wasn't as juicy and tender as that of some of the other Persian fast food places in town. The Beef Sausage was better by comparison, but still not the best I've ever had. ... There are other similar places in Richmond Hill that are just superior. The desserts were absolute GARBAGE!!! The Baklava was the worst baklava I've ever had. The vanilla ice cream was so hard that it felt like it was over 10 years old. And the pistachio ice cream was so bitter and disgusting that I just can't describe it! The lady who served us was friendly and helpful. Also, the restaurant environment seemed clean and decently maintained. However, based on the price and the overall disappointing quality, I would NOT come here again. At least for a while. Read more
