Menchie’s - Richmond Hill, Ontario

Tried Menchies for the first time and I was a little disappointed. We had walked in and waited for a while unsure of next steps since there was no one at the checkout/counter and someone appeared they stood quietly as we gazed with uncertainty before deciding to ask questions ourselves. There ... weren't too many frozen yogurt flavours to choose from, and there weren't much toppings either. I did enjoy the sour peach as one of my toppings, however. I loved the limited edition Pokémon Detective Pikachu cups they had and their cute pink Menchies spoon; however, overall it was not entirely worth the price paid. Great place to bring the kids for a treat. Plenty of seating. Great toppings and flavors. They are friendly and ok with kids who may be a little rambunctious.

I love Menchies. I have been to many of them. This place isn't normally too crowded/busy so it's easy to get what you want. The only downfall is that they don't always have all the frozen yogurt machines working which means you have less selection. They do have the classics which ... are always great though. Read more

I have never had a bad experiance from a customer's stand point, and the overall environment feels friendly, and bright. They have quite a great selection of flavours, and toppings that aren't just candies.

This place is for kids. Ice Cream that you can put a bunch of extra sugary things on. It's a gimmick. They concentrate on bright colours and candy rather than quality and selection of ice cream. I won't waste money here again.
