I was thoroughly impressed with the staff and food. Despite the store being busy, Palak, Vansh, and the guy in the kitchen provided exceptional service. As a vegetarian, I was particularly appreciative of their attention to detail—they ensured my fries were cooked in new oil, separate from where the chicken ... was fried. This consideration, along with the delicious and perfectly crispy fries, made for a satisfying experience. Kosh and Alissa were the sweetest fast food employees I’ve ever met. They seem very passionate with their job and very helpful as well, even telling us about the deal on the receipt (get a biscuit and chicken when you fill out the survey and buy a drink)!! The manager is so rude, i complained about the food not cooked properly. Raised issue in popeyes app didnt get any resolution so called them. The manager said its been more than 48 hours so cant help and she was so rude and was speaking out of her lungs. The ... manager said she cooked food herself so it was not raw as she was working in the front and a guy in the back was frying. Never going to this place again.
