Hero Certified Burgers - Richmond Hill, Ontario

The food is what you expect when you order a burger, nothing special about the meat or the menu options but it being simply a regular burger. Somehow the burgers are more dry here than other burger chains in the area. Service takes time and they are also clearly under ... staffed majority of the time. Atmosphere is also almost non-existent on tables that do not appear to be very clean. Very cozy place, we come often and like it. The food is delicious and the staff is pleasant. I recommend it to everyone! Just another chain of an influencer franchise burgers. Ample space for parking as it's associated with a plaza. The joint is open late night as well for night owls. It does have a restroom as well. Service can be improved.

Ordered 4 burgers 2 original cheese burgers and 2 spicy crispy sandwiches. The cheese burgers were good but both the chicken burgers felt small in comparison to other locations. taste was ok felt like they put too much mayo. Food was amazing. Service was quick. Place is very clean and for babies they have booster seats too. Owner is very friendly and so easy to talk too. Will answer question to the dot. Would definitely come back
