What fantastic value for your money. We got a 2 topping XL pizza for $10! When we ordered 7 all at once for our team the 2 lovely girls who said their family owned the place just smiled, took our order and went right to work. Our pizzas were quite tasty and ... loaded with toppings! We had the pepperoni and green olives, pepperoni & bacon crumble, pepperoni and Black olives and plain pepperoni. The WORST customer experience I have ever had in my life and they have no business running a pizza franchise. Placed my order and told will be ready in 15 mins, then customer "disservice" calls me to tell me they have no multigrain, so I say go ahead with ... regular crust. When I arrive there I find out that they don't have spinach either and didn't bother making the order. Several mins. later Mr. Owner comes running in covered in sweat and then I see him changing into his "Gino's Pizza" shirt right where they make the pizzas...nice touch to the horrible experience and I wonder what board of health would say too...avoid like the plague!!! My sister made an order online, email said 20 min its ready. I showed up 25 min later and the guy working there on Sunday says to me, our printer isn't working and i cant see your order. I was about to walk out but he managed to see the ... chicken wing part of my order so I felt bad. He asked me to confirm the toppings for the pizza as he tried to read it, I said "my sister placed the order, sounds about right". I went back (now 50 min later) to pick up my food and the guy working there has the nerve to say, I need to charge you for an extra topping!!!!!!!!!!! Seriously, because your printer was broken and my pizza wasn't even started when I got there you have the NERVE to try to charge me for an extra topping because you screwed up?????????? Zero common sense or people skills. Any other business would have offered me at least part of my order free since they didn't even start it till I got there. **DO NOT EAT HERE** Don't ever order a pizza from this place. It's been 2 hours since my first pizza came and after a foul odour and taste from the ground beef, I called and requested a change. At that time I was promised a new pizza would be there promptly. AN ... HOUR LATER, I get a phone call from the store saying there is nothing wrong with the topping and they will not be sending a new one. ANOTHER call into head office customer service, only to be put on hold and then hung up on by the customer service rep because "the store says nothing is wrong with the topping so we will not be able to send a new pizza out". with all disrespect to the franchise and Gino's pizza as a whole, I wouldn't feed this pizza to my dog. It smells like an old wet rag and tastes that way too. Do yourself a favour, and don't ever consider this place when choosing a pizza joint. Update: it has been 3 hours since my initial order and I am still without a new pizza, I've only been offered a $5 credit from the head office because the store is refusing to make a new pizza... this has to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered a 25-slice party pizza via phone at 2pm for my pick-up at 3:10pm. I got at the restaurant at 3:12pm and said "I'm here to pick-up my 3:10pm pizza."
