Roger is exceptional. He always makes it a point to provide phenomenal customer service. This Baskin Robbins is our family’s favourite location, and we’ve been coming here for over 8 years.

Roger helped pick up wonderful birthday cake for my daughter today. I prefer enjoying Baskin Robbins ice cream outside of the store as the limited seating inside makes it uncomfortable. Despite the slightly higher price, we love the variety of flavors they offer.

Location great, It’s inside a plaza which you can go shopping for different things and have you ice cream on the go. The positive point is Quality is consistent and no surprise. Today I discovered new flavour “ baseball nut” sweet and savour liked that.

Want to grab a delicious ice cream? Then you should definitely come to this BR store in Richmond Hill. It’s a very nice quiet store close to many stores; perfect to grab a sweet snack after shopping.
