Fries supreme looks like it was made by a bird dropping. Where's the tomatoes and beef? Supreme taco didn't have any tomatoes either
I purchased 2-combo no. 1 (tacos), 1 combo was beef soft tacos and fries supreme and the other was veggie (bean) hard tacos with nachos and cheese for the side. The fries supreme didn’t have enough fries to cover the base of the container. The nachos were extremely ... salty and it looked like they pretty much ran out because the bag wasn’t full and it contained chip crumbs. The bean in my tacos wasn’t fresh, it was dried up, the cheese was quite minimal and after eating my meal I felt nauseous. The 4 piece KFC combo I also ordered was no better. The chicken pieces were micro-sized…I think they came from baby chickens. The coleslaw was soggy as if rotten cabbage was used to make it. The total cost of the 3 combos was $42+, and for this price, I do expect to at least have sufficient food in the containers that is fresh and doesn’t make me feel sick after eating it!! It’s 10pm and decided to stop by for a snack (2 soft tacos and a fries supreme). Got to the box and ordered.. she kept repeating that there’s no lettuce so I asked for a discount, she didn’t quite understand. I hear the Manager step in and say over the ... intercom, no lettuce but I charge you only for a small fries. Ok! Sweet… entire order for the cost of a small fries! Wishful thinking, he just reduced the price of the fries supreme down to a fries. How can they run out of lettuce ??!! When I got home, tacos without lettuce AND… fries supreme was missing tomatoes!! one of the worst experiences of my life at your brand new store in Richmond hill! Waited 25 min, asked for a refund which took another 5 min and left. I honked for 5 min until someone came back. The food is always good. How could you go wrong? It's Taco Bell after all. The restaurant has recently been renovated and is a very nice improvement. The service however, is still as slow as always. Especially the drive-thru.
