Kelseys Original Roadhouse - Richmond Hill, Ontario

On a slow Wednesday night we waited 40 minutes for two kids meal and a burger. Food came and there was no cutlery. Waitress was friendly but overall experience was not good. We probably will not come back for a while.

The food was actually delicious. Highly recommend the potato skins, ribs and fajitas! The service was excellent. Was there with two tired children and our server, Monica, was so kind to them! Would definitely go back!

We were sitting in a booth in the bar area for maybe a little mote than 10 min, just waiting for some water and no one came by. Finally I caught someone's eye. Requested some water and placed our orders. My salad came out the same time ... as my pasta. The ceasar salad was not tasty. Lacked dressing and was dissapointing. I didn't finish it. My pasta Alfredo with shrimp had no taste. It was bland. A lot of the cheese on top hadn't been melted yet. I added salt and pepper to help it along. I only ate half. I was hungry but just didn't enjoy the meal. The other parties enjoyed their hamburgers, soup and poutine. I don't feel the need to head back here anytime soon. Great service! Staff were very friendly and attending, specially Monica. She kept us well served and her timing was amazing! The Tuesday special is a bargain! Usually deals for two are risky but Kelseys was above and beyond expectation. The spinach and artichoke dip was great, steak cooked perfectly medium ... and the meat was tasty. Friendly staff, quick service. Tasty food. Prices are reasonable for the portion size. Great location. Nice patio space next to the woods, weather permitting.
