We were eating at a table at the food court, and a cleaner who was sweeping the floors came around our table and swept. All is fine, but then he swept our feet that were under the table. I understand he wants to maintain cleanliness, but 1) it's not dirty ... 2) we didn't make a mess under the table, and most importantly, he had no reason to physically touch/sweep our feet with a dirty broom at that moment. The shopping centre in the middle of Richmond Hill with multiple brands and good food courts. The huge Marshal and Home Sense make it better. You can have nice shopping and good quality food here. This mall is constantly being upgraded with new stores and nice places to shop. It’s bright and has lots of good options. I used to come years ago before the renovation and I can hardly recognize it anymore - definitely not what it used to be. Fairly empty on weekdays ... but came one weekend and it was super lively, yet their parking lot is pretty big and could still find several spots in the back. Definitely not the same as other larger multilevel CF malls but a nice spot to visit with many popular stores. Read more
