Formerly known as Vienna restaurant. They are a hk style restaurant (Cha chan teng) with a bakery inside. They have the typical ho styled Western foods, as well as wonton noodles and stuff. At night time, they also have the Chinese dish combos too. They also only ... have Chinese soups that come with the specials, but only Chinese styled soups, so it doesn't really go with the western style food like pasta or ox tail in wine sauce. The food itself is actually above average, and portions are decent sized. If only rating on food alone, i would give it a 4.5, but their service is horrendous. The way they treat you is as if you did something wrong. They are extremely rude to customers requesting extra bowls or utensils when they want to share. I've frequented this restaurant on more than 16 occasions for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The place had been in business for more than 15yrs. It's a Hong Kong style eatery ("Cha Chan Ting") where the food is considered a fusion between Western & Eastern styles with a fast-food style and ... excellent value. They always have specials throughout the day and includes a hot Hong Kong style tea for beverage. The food is average but definitely a great value for what you get. It's always hot and freshly made and the service is quick. The waitresses may not be the friendliest (like most Chinese restaurants) but they are very efficient. Besides the typical restaurant food they also bake their own Chinese buns. They obviously are doing well as they've been around forever and they also just recently renovated the place. This is your typical Hong Kong-style café that serves your typical egg tarts and milk tea. The milk tea here isn't particularly remarkable, but they do have milk tarts which are (in my opinion) a superior variation on the egg tart. Seating is limited and it's frequently loud. Service ... is friendly but low maintenance. They tend to hoard the napkins; you have to ask for them in order to receive any and they only give you one at a time. However, their food is great value and pretty good. There is a bakery side where you can buy Chinese-style buns and pastries. The baked goods are quite delicious and there is a decent variety. This is a great location for a quick bite, if you don't intend to stay for very long. Typical fast Chinese food restaurant. This one has lots of variety to select from. The dinner dishes are amazing they even offer traditional 'stacking pot' which is pretty spectacular. Food quantity and quality are good in general. Staff are extremely and take good care of kids. Highly recommended.

Come here quite often for HK style food. The food portion is generous for the price. Great selection for lunches and the special changes everyday. They also do dinner too these days.
