Is there a way to choose 0 star? Went at 5:30 with a party of 16, there's only 1 lady taking order. She would take order for one family, runs away, comes back with food after 15min,then take the next order for next family. Asked for cups ... and water but was just ignored. Finally took order and got food after 1.5 hours. The pork bone soup was just spicy but not very tasty. Salmon is a bit burnt. There seems to be only 2 people running the whole restaurant. At the end, the whole dining room was filled with smoke from the kitchen.. I would stay away... Read more
New management and owner has made all the difference. Owner is extremely hospitable and accomodating. Food selection is fantastic, menu has great selection of Korean and Japanese food, all reasonably priced. Their sushi chef is very skilled and takes alot of pride in his pieces, you can tell from the ... presentation! My fiancee and I come here almost every weekend, 10/10. Read more
Under new management since 2 months ago, menu seems grossly over priced but the Korean owners wont charge exactly, for example, tea is on the house insread of 2.99. Lunch special only offer cold pickled tofu
Absolutely disgusting and disappointing. Waited five minutes to be seated even though we were the only customers in the store. We ordered the medium sashimi which cost us $60. The chef didn't notify us before making our dish that all they had was tuna and salmon until he brought ... us our food. If we would have known we wouldn't have ordered it. He even joked about it and said we were lucky. The potatoe in our pork bone soup was still half raw. I also got a red Scarlett roll (lucky for him it only contained salmon and tuna) and it looked as if the chef struggled to make the roll. The tuna over top looked butchered and messy. We had so much leftover and just left it there. Our bill totaled to $93 for just three dishes. On the drive home our stomachs were hurting and we wanted to throw up. Overall a terrible experience. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Read more

Very disappointed, the whole restaurant gave a Cheap-Cheap-Asian-Restaurant vibe, only it wasn't GOOD food. No air conditioning, poor lighting, dirty floor, not very well washed. Only two people working for Friday lunch. The food left us feeling unwell and with food poisoning, everything was room temperature and not fresh. The ... sashimi was too fatty and it was unpleasant to eat and smell. The california rolls were disgusting and T&T could've done a much better job. The food wasn't authentic and felt more like a amateur imitation (The tempura was half-raw and too greasy). Over-priced and bad service, it took them thirty minutes to get around to serving us although there was nobody else eating. I had to get up and remind them that there was a customer to serve. Might I remind you that everything was body temperature? Absolutely disgusting. You can definitely find a better Korean and Japanese cuisine in Richmond Hill, I recommend Sushi AOI which is across the street and Mi-ne Sushi. Much better, and better service! Don't waste your time... (Note: This is under the new management, no longer called "Shi Ki Sushi, but rather "Four Seasons Sushi") Read more
