Me and my partner order from this place often as it is very convenient. We’ve never had an issue with their food until recently. We decided to eat in instead of ordering and the wings were awful. Very tough and not enjoyable at all. It was only just edible but ... you could tell it was frozen and just tossed in on the highest setting. Coming here was quite an experience. I was met by some weird woman speaking to me in cat language. Literally, saying 'meow meow' and pointing to the seats beside her. I said no thanks and walked to a booth to sit down and obviously observe. She was definitely intoxicated. We ordered a ... pitcher and said we would be ordering wings. Our server didn't come back for 45 minutes after dropping off our beer. The chicken wings are small. I liked the flavour, though. Dill sauce is so good with the fries. My partner didn't find his wings were as hot as they advertised. My celery was not trimmed, and it was off-putting. The washrooms need a professional cleaning. I had a wonderful time with both my friends and my partner. Whether it was a busy or quiet day, the staff was consistently professional, efficiently handling everything with kindness. Mr. Bani, the manager, is exceptionally nice. I'm looking forward to returning.
