Hero Certified Burgers - Richmond Hill, Ontario

Prompt and courteous service, delicious food, fast service. Location is convenient and clean with lots of seating options. I got to build my burger all personalized and honestly I’m surprised with the speed they delivered without sacrificing quality.

Poutine didn’t come as advertised. I order the Nashville hot chicken poutine w pickles on top and it didn’t come w the fkn pickle. The fries were cold and not crispy and I had to wait 20 minutes for my order. Hero is usually not like this maybe just this ... location. Don’t pull-up. Read more

Food was decent for a fast food burger joint. The place was not busy so service was quick and efficient. It’s great that you can create your own burger with your own choice of toppings.

Fast service and the staff very attentive and friendly. My order was served quickly and the taste was good. It is located in a commercial area so you have plenty of parking spaces. Although I did not dine in, the tables were clean.

Tasted better than most burgers I've tried so far. Did not like the poutine though. Quantity was good. Staff was super friendly. Giving it a 3 star ratings as there was too much smoke in the restaurant. Apparently their vent was not functioning properly.
