We walked in, no one greeted us. The bartender cocked her head to our left, I guess signalling we could sit wherever? No one told us that, but we seated ourselves anyway. Our server started out strong, with prompt service, until all our food was at the table. She asked ... how everything was, and we barely interacted with her since. It wasn't very busy. We asked for a glass of water, and fifteen minutes later, she still hadn't brought it over. Luckily for us, we were sitting right by the pitchers they use, and we poured it ourselves. We couldn't even find her to ask her for it. I would've liked another beverage but she never came by, let alone for us to flag her down. Instead of interacting with her tables, she was talking with another server right beside us about how a new girl was rude, talking behind her back. We found this unsettling to listen to team members speak really poorly of other team members they should be helping to learn. They spoke about other tables they were "taking care of" in a really judgemental way, too. While the food was pretty good, the service nosedived and we were honestly uncomfortable. We waited 25 minutes before we went to the bartender to ask to pay. The bartender referred us to our server who had just now remembered we existed. She proceeded to speak negatively because a tip wasn't left. She treated us poorly and expected us to leave a tip? It was our first, and last time here. I'm sure some of the servers are kind, but the one we had was dreadful, and we won't be returning. If you just want a casual night out, sit at the bar; at least the bartender takes care of their customers. Read more

Foul bar and management! Be aware, they have a minimum spending limit that they do not make clear! Also, they are so rude and yell at customers! Me and my friends have been regulars for months. Last time we came they refused to let us sit together and the vile ... blonde bartender yelled at us like we were less than human, let alone paying customers. Not sure what makes management here think that it’s okay to treat people like this, but given the quality of their food (especially the lasagna that smells like stinky socks), it seems like they don’t care as long as they get their money. This was especially apparent when the owner came out and informed us that they will stop serving us water until we spend more money! Firstly, I’m not even sure how legal this is. Secondly, how do they allow themselves to complain that customers haven’t spent ENOUGH. Some of us ordered food and drinks, and still they thought it was okay to try to pressure us. It’s safe to say we feel really taken advantage of and used. We will not be returning and we will definitely not be recommending this place with entitled, arrogant management to any of our other friends or family. Edit: As was previously mentioned, both food and drinks were ordered. Its not like there was a group of people sitting and ONLY drinking water. Maybe if you wouldn't make us play musical chairs then it would be more apparent to you. As it stands, you informed returning paying customers that you are unhappy with the AMOUNT of money they have spent, so you will not be serving any more water. As for the food concerns, if your service was actually speedy and management wouldn't yell at us, we would be happy to share feedback within a positive environment. But your staff made it very clear you either wanted us to give you more money or get out. Read more

Used to be a regular for a couple of months, however, recently I felt betrayed by the lack of professionalism by the bartenders. Firstly, we were told there was a minimum when I’ve never been aware of this which was especially surprising since I’ve been coming here for months and ... was never told this. Secondly, my group was yelled at and divided; while I understand the concern which was being raised I believe it should’ve been addressed in a professional matter. Hopefully the service improves. I enjoyed the food at this small bar a few weeks ago with some friends. Our waiters were extremely friendly, but a little slow. I know they were busy though, so I did not complain. The great customer service made the experience enjoyable I would definitely go back

Half price wings on Wednesday is a must and go there for their $10 burger deals. Love the dark pub feel as if we're back in London but not as packed. The servers are friendly and absolutely amazing. Their Irish nachos is one of a kind....think
