Terrible experience at this location!!!! Ordered boneless and they brought totally burnt pieces. When asked to replace it the waitress said it is what it is and even if they do another round it is gonna be exactly the same! I still asked to return and bring a new dish. ... They did, still burnt and when I tried the first bite it smelled terrible like the food is left over in the fridge and just reheated. Look at the photos and you will see it for yourself. Went for Wingsanity and the wings were great! Tania was our server and she was friendly and attentive.

I had a terrible experience at this place. 3 of us went out to eat here. Maria was our server. She took our orders and two of us asked if we could substitute fries with salad. When she brought out the orders, she brought house salad dressing instead of Caesar ... dressing. I asked if she could get us Caesar dressing. It took her 10 minutes to get it. I asked if she could bring a pitcher of water to our table. It had been 20 minutes and she still didn’t bring the water. I saw her talking to what appeared to be her friends at the bar and completely ignored us. We all finished our meals and then had to wait another 15 minutes to get the bill. When the bill came out I saw that she charged us for the substitute salads. She never mentioned that it was going to cost extra. I asked her why we got charged. She insisted that she told us it cost extra. All 3 of us were certain she didn’t mention it. She gave us attitude like it was our fault for not hearing something she never said. I asked for 2 bills for 3 of us. Maria gave us three receipts. I asked if we could get one receipt with 2 of our meals like I originally asked for. Maria said can you just pay separately, it’s going to take too long for me to reprint the receipts. After she brought us the machine to pay for the first bill she disappeared for 5 minutes while we waited for her to come back and punch in the second bill. It took 50 mins to get a kids' meal fish and chips get on the table. My son was starving. It also took 20 min for a diet Pepsi to get refilled by saying 3 times. Won't come back again. Very angry.
