l had a hard time finding Indian food in the Richmond Hill area, so I decided to try Bombay Chutney. I ordered the Indian vegetarian thali for $25, with an extra butter naan. The food was just okay. Charging extra for butter naan seemed odd, so I first ordered a garlic ... naan, which was also average. In the KWC area, I've never encountered this practice. If you're charging this much, the first naan should be a butter naan. In KWC and the GTA, you can get a better tasting buffet with many more items for around $27. Although I asked for spicy chana, it was too bland. However, the female employee quickly replaced it, which was great service, but, still, I wouldn't say I liked the taste and ended up losing my appetite. I had to pack the food and ultimately throw it away. The only things I liked were the Palak Paneer, peaceful atmosphere and the excellent service. I hope they improve. Read more
