Everything tastes superb here, fried dishes are really crispy plus the broths on the noodle dishes were really flavourful. This is my first time dining in this location. Pho 37 is my favorite Vietnamese restaurant I crave for pho. I especially love their house special pho with the soup base of Hue Pho. We also ordered their chicken wings, also very delicious. Next time I would like to try ... their fried banana ice cream for desserts! I really like the ambience of this location. I really loved eating at this place, and would certainly come again. Service: the service was great! The waiters were super friendly and kind to us, aiding us with choosing what to order. Not to mention, they delivered the food really fast, so the wait time was very short. Atmosphere: I LOVED ... the atmosphere! We came at night time, so they dimmed the lights, shrouding the room in a purple haze. The huge glass chandelier in the middle of the room was beautiful, and gave the room a “luxury” feel. Food: The food was amazing. The noodles were flavorful, the rice was perfectly cooked, and the meat was super juicy and delicious. Definitely the best Vietnamese restaurant in Richmond and probably one of the best in town. They certainly have more staff than they need in the shop, which means lightning-speed service. The price was super reasonable, and I could taste that everything was freshly made without being overly seasoned (no MSG, ... not that MSG is a bad thing though)… and because of that, I can be generous with those magical sauces they put on the table. That chili oil is the bomb!!! Soooo good with whatever you add it to. It makes me want to eat it by itself, and the garlic vinegar sauce was amazingly refreshing and frequent, elevating any soup dishes and stimulating your palate when you indulge in, let’s say, spring rolls or BBQ lemongrass chicken. The decor is not bad; it’s very spacious, so the restaurant can really accommodate many people, which means I never have to wait when I go there, which I appreciate. My friend recommended this place to me. Very impressive about their environment, like mandarin high end restaurant, more spacious and elegant decorating. A lot people during peak time.
