Yi Fang Taiwan Fruit Tea - Richmond, British Columbia

The drink I ordered was not even close to full, looks like they are too lazy to make the drink. Wouldn't recommend to go.

Ordered on DoorDash at about 1:40pm. They start making their brown sugar at 1pm. The taste of brown sugar milk was good, and the pearls came warm. However, the smaller pearls in my cane jade tea had a weird texture - half soggy and hard.

I feel like this location has gone downhill recently. Went there last night, and their service was not great. Staff did not smile once the entire time from when we entered to when we ordered to when we left. Not very friendly. They had no more sago (which they seem ... to run out quite often, even when it wasn’t close to closing), and no more pearls. We ordered the strawberry milk slush, and it was not slush. It was just strawberry milk. And it wasn’t even filled all the way to the rim of the cup. For $8.31, I felt really ripped off. Would not recommend going here. Read more

The brown sugar pearl milk was pretty bad, the pearls were very soggy, and it just didn’t taste as good as a lot of the other popular bubble tea places nowadays.. an extra star for the castella cakes though! They were pretty good!

The fruit tea was good. I usually don’t like their black teas or milk teas as the flavour is too light. I like their fruitier teas and specialty teas. And I love their Doraemon themed cups right now!
