One of the best food courts in Richmond. Foods are fantastic. Prices are reasonable (Did I mention 上海小龙记? They have very decent Fresh Fried Buns and Steamed Buns). Service persons are decent (not like some of the other food courts, the service persons are like you owe them millions of ... dollars :) You know which ones I am talking about. ) Parking is a bit tricky but you have to kind of get used to it. Even customers in there are more polite than a lot of other food courts. Read more
