One of the best food courts in Richmond. Foods are fantastic. Prices are reasonable （Did I mention 上海小龙记? They have very decent Fresh Fried Buns and Steamed Buns). Service persons are decent (not like some of the other food courts, the service persons are like you owe them millions of ... dollars :) You know which ones I am talking about. ) Parking is a bit tricky but you have to kind of get used to it. This was just a mall with a food court. Though the food was amazing. Service and atmosphere get 3 stars because it was a food court. No service really and it was about as clean as a food court ever is.

Lots of food styles to choose from all reasonably priced and looked tasty! Highly recommended. Parking is a bit tricky to find.

This was my first visit at Kowloon cafe … I ordered a all day breakfast of Hong Kong Style French Toast, fried noodle together with a medium size hot milk tea, it’s only $11.50!! I really like it, not only it satisfies my evil appetite but also tastes great. ... The French toast is deep fried when ordered, keeping the edge crispy crunch.
