We stayed here for 3 nights and it’s been a wonderful experience - Friendly receptionists, clean room, and great location. The breakfast is also good. Will choose this hotel again if we are in Vancouver

Beautiful room, so comfortable! Amazing rainfall shower and a separate deep soaking tub. And it was very quiet. I had an upper floor with a wonderful view of the river. The airport shuttle was prompt, so easy and quick. Staff was friendly and helpful with my questions. Highly recommended.

The management and staff displayed exceptional service, turning any oversights into memorable moments of customer care. On one occasion, we had an unexpected additional guest for the night. The hotel staff promptly accommodated us by providing an extra cot in our room, ensuring our comfort was not compromised. In summary, our experience was near perfect, a solid 9.5 out of 10! Great for family with kids, indoor pool and hot tub. Room is clean, the bed is comfortable. The only matter is the airplane flighting above your hotel, making a big noise however , not really often. Pretty new hotel as well.

We stayed here recently after an overnight flight. The staff here were excellent and were more than accommodating for my tired family after our flight. The location is super close to the airport which was great and the beds were very comfortable and our room was spotless. But above all ... else, the staff went above and beyond. Every staff member we encountered from the front desk to the restaurant staff to the cleaning staff was friendly and engaging and so happy to help. Obviously everyone here enjoys their job and is proud to be a part of this amazing team. It was refreshing to encounter such great people who seemed to really care about providing top notch customer service! Read more
