Generous portions, good food. The Hainan chicken's skin was perfect. Oil rice is great. Curry beef brisket is super flavourful. Very satisfied. Their take-out boxes are very nice and sturdy plastic ones so I wasn't worried about spilling.

I am a fan of the original Mui Garden on Victoria Drive, but I am. It is familiar with this location. However, this location looked nicer than the original one. It was more spacious with better tables and chairs. I came to the area for work for a few days and almost ... came here for almost every meal. All the food I ordered was very satisfying. Fujian-style stir-fried rice vermicelli, beef brisket and tendon rice noodle soup, stir-fried e-noodles, Hainan chicken, stir-fried broccoli with beef, chicken wings, toasted bun with butter and condensed milk, mix of tea and coffee. We ordered 薑蔥生蠔煲、乾炒牛河 and 炸雲吞. They were horrible in taste, too salty and oily. We used to dine in when we had a walk in Richmond, but will never come back again. We use to order take out here occasionally but will never eat here again. We ordered a 4 dish combo and the soup barely had 2 small bowls of soup. They use to give 2 big containers of soup for a 4 dish combo but it's now a small single ... serve container. More importantly, the steamed pork preserved vegetables was not cook long enough, and the pork was cut with the grain, so it was tough to eat. Same with the curry brisket. My family ordered wonton dumplings and it was raw . It took a while for the food to come and when my family asked to switched to something faster, they said they were already making it so they suggest to make it to-go. When I took a bite of the dumplings, ... it was raw(not just pink) so we called them and let them know. They said they would return the call after talking with the manager. After30minutes or so, we still received no call. My family went back and brought the raw dumplings back and they said they will remake them. Honestly, they should have just refund the money .
